William J. Nixon, served in WWI as a member of the 28th Division and on the Mexican Border prior to that time, Bill Nixon was Past Commander of the 28th Division Association, Chapter Commander of the Military Order of the Purple Heart. He was a member of the Legion of Valor since 1945. He resided in Pennsylvania.
