ERLE D. NORTON was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for extraordinary heroism during the battle of Chateau Thierry near Vaux, France July 1, 1918.

Mr. Norton was a LIFE MEMBER and the Legion of Valor’s National Commander 1944-1945. He resided in Florida.
