Colonel JOHN T. O’NEILL, received the Distinguished Service Cross for his heroic actions on the D-Day invasion of Omaha Beach, Normandy.

Colonel O’Neill was National Commander of the Legion of Valor 1969-1970. He was a LIFE MEMBER and resided in New York.
