ALBERT E. McPHEE, 101st Infantry, 36th (yankee Division) in World War II received the Distinguished Service Cross for extraordinary heroism while attacking four German tanks, armed only with a Bazooka. After hitting two of them, the remaing tanks retreated.

Mr. McPhee, a LIFE MEMBER, resided in Florida and was the Legion of Valor National Commander in 1962-1963.
