ALVIN O. BRIDGERS was a private first class, attached to D Company, 120th Infantry Regiment, the 30th Infantry Division. Bridgers was a member of the division that broke the Hinderburg line. He and seven other men captured 242 German soldiers after breaking the line.

Mr. Bridgers resided in North Carolina.
