FREDERICK L. ARSENAULT, was awarded the Navy Cross for extraordinary heroism and distinguished service in action while attached to the USS Brant as a member of a demolition party during the assault on and occupation of French Morocco in November 1942.

Mr. Arsenault joined the Legion of Valor in 1945 and resided in Massachusetts. He was a LIFE MEMBER.
