Jack Firse AFC and Cecil Martin NC represented the LOV during the
recent presentation of the Bronze Cross for Achievement to Jeffery Bradley
at the University of Illinois NROTC Battalion. As a future submarine officer,
Bradley has proven to his superiors, peers, and subordinates that he has all the
necessary qualities to become a superior naval officer.
