Our past LOV National Adjutant Phil Conran AFC has been accepted into
the Fordham University Military and New York City ROTC Hall of Fame.

He joins fellow Fordham and Legion of Valor members Vincent Capodanno MOH, Robert Murray MOH, James O’Beirne MOH, Christopher
O’Sullivan DSC, Charles Timmes DSC and Richard Rinaldo DSC.
